What we process

To power the concierge we process your catalog, the merchant account you create, and the conversation transcripts generated on your storefront. Shopper identifiers are pseudonymous.

Data control

Merchants can export or delete captured leads and transcripts. Per-shopper memory can be forgotten on request.
